Writ enforcing judgment against John Preston and Benjamin C. Clark in favor of Francis, John, and Thomas Baring and Humphrey St. John Wildway and Joshua Bates, authorizing sheriff to execute it (s. Geo. C. Wilde). 1 s. (2 p.) On p. [2] is deputy sheriff's report (s. W[atson] Freeman) of seizure and sale of shares in Boston Theatre and Tremont Theatre. Boston, 8 June 1838.
