Acknowledging receipt of both the Italian and French May 1st special issue of "Il Risveglio [anarchinoi", supplement of the Réveil Anarchiste"] containing his three letters to him, the death sentence, etc.; and discussing the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court's denial of the Medeiros motion (5 April 1927), Judge Webster Thayer sentencing them to death (9 April 1927), and the inhumanity of Thayer and the other judges. 24 s. (24 p.) In Italian. Incomplete: pages numbered 1-6, 16-18, 20-30 (extra pages numbered 22, 25, 26, and one unnumbered page.
