Translation:
He discusses the possibility of starting a periodical. There has been an enthusiastic response to this by the Italian comrades. Talks of monies needed, quite specific about amounts and for what. Speaks of injustice, ignorance of the oppressed, the bourgeois press – these are our themes. Our voice will rise above the lies, make haste. He is concerned to avoid misunderstanding. The operation should be streamlined and they must get a cover name for the person to whom correspondence will be addressed.
