“Nino! what have I done to deserve all this, I who all my life was nothing but a work horse?” Appears to be answering specific questions which had been put to him by Bartolomeo Vanzetti concerning Emilio . . Oswaldo, who sent him Vanzetti’s photograph “For which warmest thanks.” Says he’s up to date on all events, speaks of what awaits him, and “of the freedom of our innocence which we have reiterated for 7 long years.” Affirms his faith in Vanzetti. Expresses warm feelings for family, Raffaele. P.S. Love from Bertolo who is with me." 2 s. (2 p.) In Italian.
