Sacco, Nicola, 1891-1927. A.L.S. to Aldino [Felicani]; [Dedham], 7 August 1924
Scope and Contents
Requesting copy of "La Notizia", and asking him about the meeting at which his wife (Rosina Sacco) should have read his statement. 1 s. (2 p.) In Italian. Signed "Fredinando Sacco".
Translation:
Sacco asks for an issue of Notizia in which there was to have been some protest on their behalf; he has received the wrong issue. Why has there been nothing in the American press. He wants to know about a meeting planned for Tuesday at which his wife was to have read a statement prepared by him. This statement was also intended for publication in “Donata.” He wonders if Aldino is making fun of him, the poor sad recluse. It’s enough to go mad! He is waiting for Aldino’s visit on Saturday to know what is happening. Greetings to all.
