Box 4: Urban Arts project files pre-2000 reference, 1985-1995
Scope and Contents
Contains master copies of forms and brochures for public mailing, as well as slide registry files for a number of different institutions, including the Boston Fire Department, the Boston City Hospital, and many one-time users. There is also a foundry list, "National Assembly of Local Arts Agencies," and public arts background information from the National Endowment of the Arts and the U.S. Department of Transportation. There are also several folders containing news clippings and reprints to be used for reference purposes.

Conditions Governing Access
The collection is open for research, but some materials in this collection are restricted and unavailable to researchers due to Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Access to content stored on audiovisual and electronic storage media in the collection is also currently restricted. Boxes containing restricted material includes boxes 40-42, 43-48, 50-51, 57, and 107A. Contact the Archives Department for more information.
