Scope and Contents

Sub-series 1 documents Holt’s efforts at promoting his books through lectures and interviews on radio and in print. Holt appeared on such radio programs as The David Brudnoy Show and on National Public Radio and was interviewed for several magazines, among them Yankee Magazine. Holt also lectured at Eastfield College and Florida Atlantic University. Subjects cover education, children, and music.

30 folders in boxes 1-2 and 4-6 in Series I: Correspondence are restricted by Boston Public Library policy to protect personal information of minors. Folders containing personal information are restricted for 75 years from the date of creation. Contact the Archives Department for more information.
