Professional papers and correspondence of Boston Public Library West End Branch librarian (1922-1957) Fanny Goldstein (1888-1961), as well as her curated collection of clippings, subject files, photograph files, book jackets, and book lists related to Jewish life, culture, and history. Also included are some West End Branch library administrative records. This collection is related to Goldstein's development of Jewish Book Week and her curation of the Judaica collection which was transferred to the Central Branch in 1954 and renamed the Fanny Goldstein Collection of Judaica. The Judaica Collection was incorporated into the Central Branch general and research collections after 1971.
